Highlands is a 1,500-hectare working farm in the Ouberg region, where the land opens out beneath the Anysberg mountains and the pace of life naturally begins to slow. Situated 1200m above sea level, this is a place shaped by farming with nature, where almond and apricot orchards, free-range chickens, beehives, roaming wildlife, and indigenous flora exist as part of a living, changing landscape.

Everything here follows the rhythm of the seasons, guided by a deep respect for the land and what it continues to teach us. Sustainability is not a concept, but a way of working and of being. It informs how the farm is cared for, how it evolves, and how guests are welcomed into it.
